How to Request a Refund: Email support@vo3.art with your order details and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for the funds to appear in your account.
Non-refundable Charges: Transaction fees and charges for services already provided, including credits already used for video generation, may not be refundable.
